1. Lose weight. As of a few days ago I was down 9 pounds. I've been doing Intermittent Fasting off and on but have come to the conclusion that it is kind of pointless, because you still have to limit your daily calorie intake, and as long as I'm doing that it doesn't matter how late I eat or whether or not I go 16 hours without eating. I can get the same results eating "normally" as long as I'm restricting my calories. It was good for keeping me from snacking in the evening while I watch TV, though. So I may still do it from time to time. In fact, I am going to restart tonight/tomorrow.
2. Read most of the Bible (and finish in 2022). I use the app "Bible in One Year" and proud to say I've been consistent and on pace to actually finish this year and not have to go into next year. I occasionally get behind a day or two (or three) but I always catch back up.
3. Start hiking more. Waiting for later spring or summer and better weather.
4. Read more. My reading really took a dive last year thanks to my addiction to a few different mobile games (Township and Match 3D). So this year I want to ramp that up. I did great in January and February but kind of fell off in March. I am starting to get back on track, though.
5. Blog more. Check. I only posted 15 times all of last year and so far this year I've posted around 30.
