Fitness Friday

I'm up another pound.  But since it's the first day of the month I'm all motivated to make yet another fresh start.  My challenge to myself for June is to keep a food journal and write down everything I eat, every single day.

My 5K is on Sunday!  Yikes.  My goal is to run the entire thing, and hopefully under 40 minutes.

Since my last FF post, I have run 3 times (last Friday, Monday and Wednesday) but haven't done anything else.  No weights or any other cardio.  I need to step it up!
